Team: Lend A Paw works as a team, utilizing employees. The client understands that they will not always have the same employee, and they authorize Lend A Paw to train new employees with their pet(s) and home as needed.

Inclement Weather: Upon signing up, Lend A Paw LLC asks that each client provide the name and phone number of a person who lives in close proximity to the client’s pet. If Lend A Paw is physically unable to reach the home due to weather conditions or impassable roads, we will contact this person to request assistance. The pets’ health and well-being are our utmost concern and we will contact the client as soon as possible to keep him/her informed of these events.

In cases of extreme heat or inclement weather, a scheduled walk will be changed to a drop in visit, and the Client will be notified. If the pet is uncomfortable due to the exercise or heat, Lend A Paw will do a shorter walk, and continue to visit with the pet at the Client’s home for the remainder of that service time.

The inclement weather plan will be as follows: 1) Every effort will be made to drive to the Client’s home; 2) The service schedule may be changed, interrupted, or altered due to circumstances; 3) If it is not possible to drive safely to the Client’s home, the emergency contact will be notified, 4) The Client will be notified that the above-mentioned contingency plan has been activated.

Unforeseen Events and Acts of God: If an unforeseen event arises such as a pipe rupture, fire, break in, weather damage to home, flooding, or any other Acts of God, Lend A Paw will take any and all actions deemed necessary and appropriate to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of the pet(s). Lend A Paw will contact the client immediately, request instruction, and follow the client’s wishes as much as possible in the given situation. The client is liable for expenses incurred to ensure the pet and homes safety during such events.

Emergency Contact: Lend A Paw has requested the name and phone number of a person in immediate proximity of client’s home. This person should have access to the home. Lend A Paw recommends this person be in walking distance to the home incase inclement weather renders road access unavailable. If we are physically unable to drive to the Client’s home this information is needed so that we can contact this person to request their assistance to check on the Client’s pet(s).

Visit times: Scheduling is on a first come first service basis and we will do our best to accommodate the individual needs of each client. Lend A Paw will visit at the requested times as closely as possible. We do not guarantee specific times.

Services and Pricing: Under our "services" tab in the menu, we have a list of services and the pricing associated. Our prices are non-negotiable and standard rates.
